A Richmond Hill House...

... is on the market! It is Queensmark, a very special Victoriana prize.

A fine example of Queen Anne, it stands out mostly for its wonderful shingle work. Using the staggered shingle technique, the builders used additional variations to create interesting patterns throughout its surfaces. Also of interest are its superimposed dormers and bay windows, almost all with their original decorative wood muntins.
